Stylebook Challenges

Last summer, I took Publication Editing at Northeastern State University to prepare for my upcoming courses at OU. It was not a rigorous class, but I learned the ins and outs of AP Style and actually worked as a copy editor and columnist for the college's newspaper. Last semester, however, I did nothing journalistic and actually took an expository writing class. It has been kind of difficult to get my brain back in AP mode. It is taking a little bit of time, but I am getting the feel of it again and remembering everything.
